Apidesktop
As the name might suggest, apidesktop runs on a API. An advanced javascript library handles the interface and all actions are handled by the API.
Apidesktop supports the basic desktop functionality. Resizable windows, window placement, multiple windows and basic desktop settings.
Besides the normal desktop features. Apidesktop has many programs built in by default.
Some examples are:
Because some media formats aren't supported by for example Firefox. Apidesktop will convert those media types to a playable format.
I wrote this software to have a central point for all my newsfeeds while listening to my favourite music and managing my websites.
